## What it does

This skill builds the durable brand message hierarchy designed to outlast single product launches. It defines the main brand narrative, three core value pillars, persona-specific proof points, and a tagline. Every proof point receives an explicit evidence tag: `Measured`, `User-provided`, or `[needs source]`. The skill checks internal consistency to prevent orphan pillars detached from positioning themes.

The skill acts as an upstream candidate generator. It never commits changes directly to the canon. Candidate blocks and unverified claims route through `registry-events.py` using `operation: propose` into `memory/events/narrative.ndjson` and `memory/events/claims.ndjson`. Open choices are recorded in `memory/open-loops.md` instead of writing directly to `decisions.md`.

Without input files from `positioning-truth-tracer` and `strategic-narrative-designer`, the hierarchy cannot link back to primary positioning themes. This skill does not generate per-launch PR-FAQs or campaign houses — those tasks belong downstream to `message-house-builder`.
