## What it does

The skill takes a finished positioning canvas and derives a message house from it: tagline, one-liner, three value pillars and proof points per persona. Every proof point gets labeled Measured, User-provided or `[needs source]`, so an unverified number never passes as fact.

Then comes the working-backwards PR-FAQ: the press release written in launch-day tense, as if the launch already happened, with five external and five internal FAQs. Per-channel packs give you angles, not finished copy. Output lands in `memory/launch/message-house-builder/`.

If the canvas is missing, the skill stops and routes you to `positioning-mapper` first. Finished posts, ad units and claim adjudication belong to other skills. That boundary is worth knowing before you install it — the skill works one lever and hands off.
