## What it does

This skill structures study routines around retrieval testing and spaced reviews. It stops passive rereading. It chunks complex subjects into manageable units and writes the schedule into `memory-retrieval-learning.md`.

The workflow moves through five steps, from goal setting to daily review tracking. Intervals run at 1, 3, 7, 14, and 30 days. Plan quality is verified with `resources/evaluators/rubric_memory_retrieval_learning.json`, targeting a rubric score of at least 3.5.

Highlighting notes and last-minute cramming are ruled out. If retention stays under 60% after 3 cycles, you must rework the method instead of adding more hours. Forgetting 20-40% between reviews is expected.
