## What it does

The skill turns text prompts into direct image links using the public `memegen.link` service. Claude Code selects a fitting template from catalog options like `drake`, `fine`, or `buzz`, then places text into the top and bottom positions. The output renders as an image link or Markdown preview.

It includes a text encoding guide alongside a Python helper named `meme_generator.py`. Formatting relies on swapping spaces for underscores or dashes, while punctuation like question marks requires tilde escapes such as `~q`. Missing character escapes will break the generated URL. The request also accepts URL query parameters for custom dimensions, font selection, or alternative background images.
