## What it does

This skill guides your coding assistant through compiling and operating `mhrv-rs`. The Rust-based proxy listens for incoming HTTP on port 8085 and SOCKS5 on port 8086. It forwards encrypted requests toward Google edge endpoints while presenting `www.google.com` as the TLS SNI domain. A personal Apps Script relay fetches pages.

The reference material walks through building `config.json` and balancing requests across multiple deployment IDs. You can also benchmark edge latency using `mhrv-rs scan-ips`. You must run `mhrv-rs --install-cert` with administrative privileges before handling HTTPS. Without that local root certificate in your system store, browsers will reject the intercepted traffic.
