## What it does

The skill builds a working setup on top of Cogny's managed MCP servers: one shared brain in the context tree, ten agent skills, a review queue and a weekly cycle. Agents read from connected systems and write into `brain/evidence/`, `brain/campaigns/`, `brain/experiments/` and `brain/memos/`. Only a person moves anything into `company/` or `brand/`; an agent can propose such an edit as a ticket.

You drive it with arguments: `setup`, `week`, `campaign <idea>`, `status`, `schedule`. The agents include `/marketing-brain`, `/customer-language`, `/campaign-ledger`, `/ad-kill-rules` and `/performance-memo`, each with its own cadence and tool set. Their jobs range from collecting how customers talk to keeping a campaign ledger, spotting buying triggers, finding search demand, drafting creative, pausing losing ads and reviving closed-lost deals.

Cogny at $9/mo is required — every agent reads from its managed MCPs. Without the subscription the skill will not run, though the free skills in the same repository still work. The advice is to build the agents one at a time: get `/customer-language` reliable before adding the next. Guardrails sit in the tools rather than the prompt, so an agent cannot step past what it is allowed to touch.
