## What it does

This skill structures large-scale industry evaluations inspired by tier-one consultancy formats. It incorporates strategic frameworks like TAM/SAM/SOM sizing, Porter's Five Forces, BCG matrices, SWOT, and PESTLE breakdowns into organized document sections.

Output files use LaTeX styling powered by `market_research.sty`. Before writing core chapters, the workflow creates key graphics using external Python scripts: `scientific-schematics` drafts charts and matrices, while `generate-image` produces hero banners and summary infographics.

Without a local LaTeX distribution and Python available in your environment, compiling the complete visual PDF report will fail.
