## What it does

The skill equips coding agents with patterns for HashiCorp Configuration Language (HCL) code. It covers core Terraform components, including cloud providers, resource definitions, data sources, and output declarations. The instructions enforce the standard lifecycle flow from initialization and planning to applying changes.

Inside, the reference outlines typed input variables such as tuples and objects. It shows how to attach custom `validation` blocks with condition checks and regex patterns. Agents also learn to filter collections using `for` expressions, merge tags inside `locals`, and invoke built-in helpers like `cidrhost` or `merge`.

Running the generated manifests still requires a local `terraform` binary and active cloud credentials.
