## What it does

This skill guides AI agents in structuring Python web applications on top of FastAPI. It directs code generation toward proper `async`/`await` usage, route operations with `Path` or `Query` parameters, and modular router patterns. Validation relies on Pydantic schemas, enforcing data types, nested models, and custom validation methods.

It also covers background tasks, dependency injection, and database integration workflows. Running the resulting API endpoints requires an external ASGI server such as `uvicorn[standard]`.
