## What it does

The skill resolves a pull request from a supplied URL or the current branch. It inspects commits, diff size, changed paths, generated files, and the PR description, then flags noisy commits, unrelated edits, mixed mechanical and logic changes, missing tests, and unclear review entry points.

It proposes a plan before rewriting history. The skill can shape the PR description with a TL;DR, separate core files from generated changes, and call out risky behavior, migration order, rollout plans, and test coverage. History may be rewritten only after the user asks or agrees to the plan; the resulting tree is checked before pushing, and an unintended change blocks the push.
