## What it does

The skill owns the reporting layer: PM and ops KPI boards, product funnels, marketing and GTM reporting, live-ops telemetry. It asks you to pick one primary packet first — `dashboard-spec`, `slow-dashboard`, `refresh-shape`, `audience-split` or `exec-handoff` — then works inside that frame instead of handing back a chart buffet.

Five steps run the flow: normalise the request into a packet, answer what review ritual and source of truth the dashboard serves, shape pages with charts mapped to questions, return a delivery brief, and route adjacent work out honestly. Support docs cover intake packets, modeling, refresh and cost, plus a dashboard delivery checklist.

It assumes BigQuery already exists or can be reasoned about, so this is not a GCP bootstrap skill. If the request still leans on raw fact tables, unstable joins or fuzzy metric definitions, push the modeling upstream before polishing anything. KPI explanation goes to `data-analysis`, repeated anomaly hunting to `pattern-detection`, telemetry and alerting to `monitoring-observability`, and platform choice to `survey`.
