## What it does

Give the skill a segment description, or let it derive an ICP from a connected CRM. It uses details such as roles, industries, company size, and location to find LinkedIn targeting criteria and estimate the audience. Fibbler data can also inform the work with engaged job titles and companies.

Cogny Agent and a LinkedIn Ads connection are required; a CRM is optional when you provide the ICP yourself. The README lists a Cogny Agent subscription at $9/mo. The skill reads CRM and ad-account data, then asks for approval before each campaign-creation action. LinkedIn Ads access is essential: without it, the skill stops.
