## What it does

The skill treats a company page as a credibility hub and a paid launchpad, not as a reach engine. It works through the HUMAN framework: hub, employee advocacy, first-hour activity, page-appropriate content, and a publishing cadence with measurement. It reads `brand-profile` and `goals-and-kpis` first, then lays out the strategy, the advocacy program design, and drafts for both page posts and employee content.

WoopSocial publishes the page's own posts on a schedule. Employees post from their personal profiles, which routes to the `linkedin-growth` skill. First-hour engagement, paid campaigns and analytics stay human and native. The skill does not build native documents or carousels, does not run Ads or Thought Leader Ads, and leaves Notify Employees, Showcase, Events and Newsletters alone.

It advises putting links in comments rather than the post body, and skipping text-only posts. Bought followers, pods and identical commentary are off the table, and it does not invent metrics. One catch: if your `brand-profile` is empty, the strategy comes out generic, because positioning and brand voice are what it builds on.

## Requirements
- Works with: LinkedIn

## Install

### Claude Code (native platform)

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add social-media-skills/skills --skill linkedin-company-pages -a claude-code
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `~/.claude/skills/linkedin-company-pages/SKILL.md` — Copy the whole skill folder; for one project use .claude/skills/linkedin-company-pages/

### Codex

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add social-media-skills/skills --skill linkedin-company-pages -a codex
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.agents/skills/linkedin-company-pages/SKILL.md` — For all projects use ~/.agents/skills/

### Cursor

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add social-media-skills/skills --skill linkedin-company-pages -a cursor
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.cursor/skills/linkedin-company-pages/SKILL.md` — Cursor also reads .agents/skills/ and .claude/skills/

### GitHub Copilot

1. **GitHub CLI**
```bash
gh skill install social-media-skills/skills linkedin-company-pages
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.github/skills/linkedin-company-pages/SKILL.md`

### Gemini CLI

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add social-media-skills/skills --skill linkedin-company-pages -a gemini-cli
```

2. **Platform CLI**

gemini skills install https://github.com/social-media-skills/skills --path skills/linkedin-company-pages
```
### Windsurf (Devin Desktop)
**Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.devin/skills/linkedin-company-pages/SKILL.md` — The legacy .windsurf/skills/ path still works
### OpenCode
**Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add social-media-skills/skills --skill linkedin-company-pages -a opencode
```
### Claude.ai
**Claude.ai**
- Zip the folder and upload it in Settings → Capabilities → Skills
Where a file is given instead of a command, copy the files from the source to that path: https://github.com/social-media-skills/skills/tree/HEAD/skills/linkedin-company-pages/SKILL.md
## When to use it
- separate what the company page is for from what personal profiles are for
- design an employee advocacy program with shareable drafts and commentary prompts
- fix a company page that gets almost no reactions
- plan page content: carousels, short vertical video, custom images
- set a publishing cadence and track advocacy conversions by UTM
## Example prompts
- Review our LinkedIn company page and propose a strategy using the HUMAN framework
- Design an employee advocacy program: what people should post and how to comment
- Draft a month of company page posts
  LINKEDIN. Use when someone wants to grow a company/business page, fix low page reach ("our LinkedIn
  page gets no engagement"), set up employee advocacy, or plan company-page content. In 2026 pages get a
  tiny share of feed reach, so the page is a credibility hub + paid launchpad (Ads + Thought Leader
  Ads), NOT the reach engine -- the growth lever is employee advocacy (people, not logos). Uses the
  HUMAN framework. Reads brand-profile + goals-and-kpis first. The agent strategizes, designs the
  advocacy program, and drafts page posts + advocacy content; WoopSocial publishes the page's own posts
  on a schedule; employees post from their OWN profiles (routes to linkedin-growth); first-hour
  engagement, Ads, and analytics stay human/native. No bait, pods, or bought followers; never fabricates
  metrics. Distinct from linkedin-growth (personal profile) and linkedin-post-writer (the post craft).
# linkedin-company-pages
The **company-page (LINKEDIN_PAGES) strategy** — treat the page as a **credibility hub + paid launchpad** and
build the real organic engine, **employee advocacy.** The agent **strategizes + designs the advocacy program
+ drafts page posts + drafts shareable content**; **WoopSocial publishes the page's own posts**; **employees
post from their own profiles, and the first-hour engagement, paid, and native features are human/native.**
## The POV: a credibility hub + paid launchpad, not the reach engine
LinkedIn **structurally rebalanced** the feed — **company pages get ~1–5% of feed allocation** (personal
profiles ~65%) and **page organic reach fell 60–66% since 2024.** So the page's real jobs are **credibility,
the official record, recruitment, and the paid launchpad** (LinkedIn Ads + **Thought Leader Ads** run
exclusively from it) — **not** organic reach. **People connect with people, not logos:** the algorithm trusts
individuals over brands, so the organic growth engine is **employee advocacy** (employees have ~10× the
connections; ~3% who share drive ~30% of engagement; employee leads convert ~7×). WoopSocial publishes the
