## What it does

This skill puts you inside the terminal of a messy startup called NoCappuccino Inc. Your AI agent acts as Sarah, a senior DevOps mentor who hands out tasks when the CTO breaks staging. You learn how to run containers, map network ports, inspect processes, and handle container persistence right inside your editor terminal.

The curriculum spans 7 chapters, progressing from basic image caching and multi-stage builds to Docker Compose, Kubernetes Pods, Deployments, and HPA. The agent executes local `verify.sh` test scripts to confirm your solutions. Your progress and hints are automatically saved into `.player/progress.yaml`.

You must have Docker and Docker Compose v2 installed before running chapter 1. Cluster utilities like `kubectl` and `kind` are optional until you reach chapters 6 and 7.
