## What it does

The skill structures lead qualification around three sales frameworks: BANT, MEDDIC, and GPCTBA/C&I. Scoring splits into two separate hundred-point metrics: demographic Fit Score and behavioral Engagement Score. Fit scoring measures account attributes like industry, company size, and revenue, alongside the contact's title and seniority level.

The resulting report categorizes prospects into qualified, needing nurturing, or disqualified. The model highlights positive indicators, flags missing details, and runs disqualification checks against hard deal-breakers such as lack of budget authority or vendor lock-in.

Processing spreadsheets directly requires the `office-mcp` MCP server with its `read_xlsx` and `create_xlsx` tools. Without this integration, the agent cannot parse lead tables automatically. The skill targets `claude-sonnet-4` and `claude-opus-4` models, with declared language support for English and Chinese.
