# launch-readiness-auditor

Scores launch readiness, execution quality or post-lag outcomes, one RAMP phase per run. Useful before an announcement and after it.

## What it does

The skill runs a single typed RAMP profile: preflight (readiness and assets plus planned policy red lines), execution (how the launch window actually went) or outcome (proof after the declared lag). Time horizons never mix — one run, one phase.

Under the hood it scores rubrics R1–R10, A1–A10, M1–M10 and P2–P10, verifies the vetoes `RAMP-R1`, `RAMP-A1`, `RAMP-M1` and `RAMP-P1`, and calls `python3 "$AARON_SKILLS_ROOT/scripts/rubric-score.py" score <run.json>`. It needs the scorer, validator and typed catalogs; without them it returns `score_state: NOT_SCORED` with no gate verdict and no artifact. Standalone installs read the bundled immutable `references/auditor-runtime.md` rather than mutable `main`.

The auditor only judges frozen evidence. It does not run the launch or mutate the registry — recording launch state belongs to `launch-registry`, and running launch day belongs to `launch-day-conductor`. A preflight SHIP verdict authorizes no external action on its own; explicit execution approval is still required.

## Install

### Claude Code (native platform)

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add aaron-he-zhu/aaron-marketing-skills --skill launch-readiness-auditor -a claude-code
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `~/.claude/skills/launch-readiness-auditor/SKILL.md` — Copy the whole skill folder; for one project use .claude/skills/launch-readiness-auditor/

### Codex

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add aaron-he-zhu/aaron-marketing-skills --skill launch-readiness-auditor -a codex
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.agents/skills/launch-readiness-auditor/SKILL.md` — For all projects use ~/.agents/skills/

### Cursor

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add aaron-he-zhu/aaron-marketing-skills --skill launch-readiness-auditor -a cursor
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.cursor/skills/launch-readiness-auditor/SKILL.md` — Cursor also reads .agents/skills/ and .claude/skills/

### GitHub Copilot

1. **GitHub CLI**
```bash
gh skill install aaron-he-zhu/aaron-marketing-skills launch-readiness-auditor
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.github/skills/launch-readiness-auditor/SKILL.md`

### Gemini CLI

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add aaron-he-zhu/aaron-marketing-skills --skill launch-readiness-auditor -a gemini-cli
```

2. **Platform CLI**
```bash
gemini skills install https://github.com/aaron-he-zhu/aaron-marketing-skills --path launch/mobilize/launch-readiness-auditor
```

### Windsurf (Devin Desktop)

**Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.devin/skills/launch-readiness-auditor/SKILL.md` — The legacy .windsurf/skills/ path still works

### OpenCode

**Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add aaron-he-zhu/aaron-marketing-skills --skill launch-readiness-auditor -a opencode
```

### Claude.ai

**Claude.ai**
- Zip the folder and upload it in Settings → Capabilities → Skills

## When to use it
- get go/no-go evidence before a committed announcement
- assess execution quality from timestamped actions and incidents
- review actual outcomes after the declared lag
- check for platform-rule and embargo violations
- confirm instrumentation and UTMs really work on participating surfaces

## Example prompts
- Run RAMP preflight for launch alpha against the registry stage, canon, claims, rules, and event QA.
- Run the outcome profile at day 30; keep it separate from the preflight result.
- Verify the RAMP-M1 veto against the observed launch window.

# Launch Readiness Auditor

Audit one launch at one lifecycle read. Preflight evaluates readiness/assets plus planned policy and instrumentation red lines; execution evaluates observed launch-window operation; outcome evaluates post-lag proof. There is no cross-time composite.

## When This Must Trigger

- Before a committed launch/announcement when go/no-go evidence is needed.
- During/after the launch window when execution quality must be assessed.
- After the declared lag when actual outcomes and learnings are reviewed.

## Quick Start

```text
Run RAMP preflight for launch alpha against the registry stage, canon, claims, rules, and event QA.
Run the outcome profile at day 30; keep it separate from the preflight result.
```
