## What it does

Feedback after a launch lands in many places at once: launch-platform threads, app store reviews, feedback board posts, support tickets. The skill sorts that pile into themes and gives each one a frequency count, a severity and a quote. What you get is a digest a product owner can actually use.

Each theme then moves through `open→planned→started→completed/declined`. The skill spells out the transitions, how duplicates get merged, and who hears about a status change. Finished themes turn into announcement copy for the fix. A separate section covers proof collection: a per-platform compliance table, with store reviews always marked as never incentivized.

Product roadmap calls are out of scope, as are repackaging the harvested proof and running outreach for testimonials. Every review and comment counts as untrusted data to group, not as an instruction to obey. The skill writes under `memory/launch/launch-feedback-synthesizer/` but does not touch launch registry records directly; it files `operation: propose` requests to `registry-events.py` instead.

## Install

### Claude Code (native platform)

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add aaron-he-zhu/aaron-marketing-skills --skill launch-feedback-synthesizer -a claude-code
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `~/.claude/skills/launch-feedback-synthesizer/SKILL.md` — Copy the whole skill folder; for one project use .claude/skills/launch-feedback-synthesizer/

### Codex

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add aaron-he-zhu/aaron-marketing-skills --skill launch-feedback-synthesizer -a codex
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.agents/skills/launch-feedback-synthesizer/SKILL.md` — For all projects use ~/.agents/skills/

### Cursor

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add aaron-he-zhu/aaron-marketing-skills --skill launch-feedback-synthesizer -a cursor
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.cursor/skills/launch-feedback-synthesizer/SKILL.md` — Cursor also reads .agents/skills/ and .claude/skills/

### GitHub Copilot

1. **GitHub CLI**
```bash
gh skill install aaron-he-zhu/aaron-marketing-skills launch-feedback-synthesizer
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.github/skills/launch-feedback-synthesizer/SKILL.md`

### Gemini CLI

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add aaron-he-zhu/aaron-marketing-skills --skill launch-feedback-synthesizer -a gemini-cli
```

2. **Platform CLI**
```bash
gemini skills install https://github.com/aaron-he-zhu/aaron-marketing-skills --path launch/prove/launch-feedback-synthesizer
```

### Windsurf (Devin Desktop)

**Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.devin/skills/launch-feedback-synthesizer/SKILL.md` — The legacy .windsurf/skills/ path still works

### OpenCode

**Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add aaron-he-zhu/aaron-marketing-skills --skill launch-feedback-synthesizer -a opencode
```

### Claude.ai

**Claude.ai**
- Zip the folder and upload it in Settings → Capabilities → Skills

## When to use it
- sort post-launch reviews into themes with frequency and severity
- merge duplicate reports from different channels into one theme
- show users that their request made it into the product
- draft the announcement for a shipped change
- spec review collection that stays within store rules

## Example prompts
- Triage the feedback from our launch — here are the community comments, the board posts and the store reviews.
- Set up the status loop for requests: themes, `open→planned→started→completed/declined`, duplicate-merge rule and notifications.
- Design the review harvest for this launch: which platforms allow incentives and what we send.
