Turns discovery notes and product proof into a sales deck built around the buyer: one meeting objective, their pain in their own words, evidence on the slides.

## What it does

The skill walks the agent through a blueprint before any layout happens. First it pins down the meeting type and a single objective — discovery, demo, proposal, or executive briefing — then audits what you actually have: prospect context, pains, scope, pricing rules, approved case studies, screenshots. Anything missing gets flagged as `NEEDS USER INPUT`. Metrics, customer names, and ROI are never invented.

From there it picks a narrative spine that fits the meeting: problem–solution–proof, a SPIN-style demo, or a short executive briefing. Each slide gets a contract — a headline that states the point in buyer terms, at most 3–5 bullets or one visual, a declared visual type, and a source label on every number. Tone, accent color, and one hero metric per slide are set for the whole deck.

The output is a `.K2F` package that the engine compiles and exports. That step depends on the core `k2f` skill, so install it first with `npx skills add suzheng/k2f --skill k2f`. This is for sales conversations, not fundraising pitch decks or generic company overviews.

## Install

### Claude Code (native platform)

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add suzheng/k2f --skill k2f-sales-deck -a claude-code
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `~/.claude/skills/k2f-sales-deck/SKILL.md` — Copy the whole skill folder; for one project use .claude/skills/k2f-sales-deck/

### Codex

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add suzheng/k2f --skill k2f-sales-deck -a codex
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.agents/skills/k2f-sales-deck/SKILL.md` — For all projects use ~/.agents/skills/

### Cursor

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add suzheng/k2f --skill k2f-sales-deck -a cursor
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.cursor/skills/k2f-sales-deck/SKILL.md` — Cursor also reads .agents/skills/ and .claude/skills/

### GitHub Copilot

1. **GitHub CLI**
```bash
gh skill install suzheng/k2f k2f-sales-deck
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.github/skills/k2f-sales-deck/SKILL.md`

### Gemini CLI

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add suzheng/k2f --skill k2f-sales-deck -a gemini-cli
```

2. **Platform CLI**
```bash
gemini skills install https://github.com/suzheng/k2f --path skills/presentation/k2f-sales-deck
```

### Windsurf (Devin Desktop)

**Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.devin/skills/k2f-sales-deck/SKILL.md` — The legacy .windsurf/skills/ path still works

### OpenCode

**Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add suzheng/k2f --skill k2f-sales-deck -a opencode
```

## When to use it
- build a client meeting deck from call notes
- replace feature-tour slides with a problem–solution–proof flow
- prepare an executive briefing with a recommendation and timeline
- personalize a template deck for a named account and buying stage
- close with owners, dates, and a concrete ask

## Example prompts
- build a sales deck for my client meeting from these call notes
- turn this proposal into a demo deck: their pain, our approach, one matching case study
- draft a 10-slide executive briefing with a recommendation and timeline

description: Turn discovery notes, proposals, and product proof into buyer-ready sales decks with a prospect-centered story, one objective per meeting, and evidence-backed slides. Use when the user asks for a sales deck, demo presentation, proposal deck, executive briefing, or sales slides (not a fundraising pitch deck or generic company overview). Create sales decks with AI-native design and the highest aesthetic standards, powered by the K2F format and engine. Purpose-built for AI agents, K2F lets them focus on semantic content and design intent while automatically handling layout, typography, and formatting complexity.

# K2F Sales Deck — AI-Native Aesthetic Design

## Purpose

Teach agents to blueprint **sales decks** before layout: one meeting, one deal step—with the prospect as hero, pain in their words, proof tied to outcomes—without inventing ROI, logos, or results the user did not supply.

## Built on K2F

This skill produces sales decks as `.K2F` packages. Follow the **k2f** skill for authoring: unpack or init a workspace, edit the semantic tree, pack/verify, and export. K2F keeps agents on *meaning* (slide roles, narrative, visual intent)—not coordinates—while the engine compiles layout, typography, and theme into export-ready output.

Before you build, install the core skill: `npx skills add suzheng/k2f --skill k2f`.

## When to Use

- Building discovery, demo, proposal, or executive-briefing decks from call notes or CRM context.
- Personalizing a template deck for a named account and buying stage.
- Replacing feature-heavy slides with problem–solution–proof flow and a clear next-step ask.

## Workflow

### Step 1. Generate the content_and_design.md

Single blueprint for semantic content and aesthetic intent. Use labeled blocks per slide (role, headline, body, visual type) that the **k2f** skill can map later.

**Sub-steps**

1. **Meeting frame** — One type and **one objective**: discovery, demo, proposal, or executive briefing. Record audience mix, buying stage, objections, and desired next step—never multiple meeting goals in one deck.

2. **Input audit** — Inventory verified inputs: prospect name/context, pains in their language, scope, pricing rules, approved case studies, product screenshots, competitive facts. Flag `NEEDS USER INPUT` for missing proof; never fabricate metrics, customer names, or ROI.

3. **Narrative spine** — Choose a spine matched to the meeting:
   - **Problem–solution–proof** (default): their world today → better future with your approach → why you (credibility).
```
