## What it does

This skill guides the production of short mobile clips between 15 and 60 seconds. It outlines steps for clipping footage, generating automatic captions, applying visual effects, and leveling audio. The workflow keeps background music down to 10–20% while voice audio stays at 100%. Export recommendations specify the H.264 codec, 1080p or 4K resolution, and 30 or 60 frames per second.

The workflow also covers transition timing of 0.3–0.5 seconds and text overlays kept on screen for 2–3 seconds. It defines clear boundaries: footage over 10 minutes, advanced color grading, or 3D effects belong in Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, or After Effects instead of Jiaying.
