## What it does

The skill guides the coding agent through Gradle build setups for Java projects. It prioritizes Kotlin DSL by default, but also accepts Groovy via the `dsl` parameter. It covers version catalogs in `gradle/libs.versions.toml`, Java toolchains, and plugin declarations.

Build performance settings form a central part of the instructions. The agent configures parallel test execution, incremental compilation arguments, and caching toggles. It requires filesystem and `Bash` tool permissions to inspect dependencies and update the Gradle wrapper.

Because the skill defaults strictly to Kotlin DSL, working with Groovy requires explicitly overriding the parameter upfront.
