## What it does

The skill creates structured invoices based on client details and line items. You supply the vendor information, services rendered, and applicable tax rates. To output formatted documents in DOCX or PDF, it connects to tools on the `office-mcp` server, such as `create_docx` and `docx_to_pdf`.

It handles reference tax calculations for various jurisdictions. This includes US sales tax guidelines, standard EU VAT rates with reverse-charge notes, Chinese VAT, and Australian GST. You can specify standard terms like Net 30 or Due on Receipt alongside custom late fee percentages. Output is produced in English or Chinese.

This tool formats billing documents, so it does not process live transactions or submit official filings to tax authorities.
