## What it does

This skill drafts structured investment memos for committee reviews. It organizes deal details into standard sections, covering problem definition, market sizing, team background, and competitive moats. You can choose between full VC and PE memo templates, or generate concise two-page Deal Summaries and Quick Takes.

The skill outputs markdown tables for unit economics, historical financials, and capitalization tables. It supports English and Chinese. When paired with the `office-mcp` server, it can call `create_docx`, `fill_docx_template`, and `docx_to_pdf` to produce formatted documents.

The skill does not conduct primary due diligence or access proprietary deal data. That limitation matters for accuracy. You must provide all underlying financial figures, round terms, and risks in your prompt.
