## What it does

The skill gives your agent the role of an internal communications writer. Ask it for a note to your team and you get text that reads like a colleague wrote it, split into short blocks so the point lands on the first pass. The instructions also cover the basics: stay concrete, hand over copy-paste ready templates, show examples, and explain why the recommendations matter.

Output follows a fixed layout — a results section, then recommendations and next steps. The agent is told to work out your context and goal first, then produce the draft. Handy when you need to fire off a heads-up about a process change instead of rewriting the same announcement by hand.

It installs into Claude, Codex, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Gemini CLI and OpenCode, dropping a `SKILL.md` into that platform's skills directory. Your company's own vocabulary is not built in. If your services and processes have their own names, say so in the prompt, or the draft comes out generic.
