## What it does

The skill picks up where the deal team stops. Inside is a phased workplan (day 1, 30, 90, 180), a consent tracker for counterparties, and contract triage into tiers that run from required consent down to auto-assignment. One mode builds the weekly status report, another exports data as CSV or a table.

State lives in `integration-tracker.yaml` at `~/.claude/plugins/config/claude-for-legal/corporate-legal/deals/[code]/integration-tracker.yaml`. The skill reads `deal-context.md` for the deal code, target, close date and deal lead, then pulls post-closing items out of `closing-checklist.yaml` into the day 1 or day 30 plan. Initialization works from whatever artifacts you have: a full purchase agreement gives the sharpest deadlines and the Required Consents schedule, but partial inputs still produce a starter tracker instead of a blank page.

Flags pick the mode: `--init`, `--contracts`, `--report`, `--update`, `--export`. Export takes `--format csv|table` and `--section all|consents|contracts|workplan`. Because the skill writes into the plugin config directory, check that it is writable in your setup — otherwise the tracker never saves.

## Install

### Claude Code (native platform)

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add anthropics/claude-for-legal --skill integration-management -a claude-code
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `~/.claude/skills/integration-management/SKILL.md` — Copy the whole skill folder; for one project use .claude/skills/integration-management/

### Codex

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add anthropics/claude-for-legal --skill integration-management -a codex
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.agents/skills/integration-management/SKILL.md` — For all projects use ~/.agents/skills/

### Cursor

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add anthropics/claude-for-legal --skill integration-management -a cursor
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.cursor/skills/integration-management/SKILL.md` — Cursor also reads .agents/skills/ and .claude/skills/

### GitHub Copilot

1. **GitHub CLI**
```bash
gh skill install anthropics/claude-for-legal integration-management
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.github/skills/integration-management/SKILL.md`

### Gemini CLI

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add anthropics/claude-for-legal --skill integration-management -a gemini-cli
```

2. **Platform CLI**
```bash
gemini skills install https://github.com/anthropics/claude-for-legal --path corporate-legal/skills/integration-management
```

### Windsurf (Devin Desktop)

**Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.devin/skills/integration-management/SKILL.md` — The legacy .windsurf/skills/ path still works

### OpenCode

**Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add anthropics/claude-for-legal --skill integration-management -a opencode
```

### Claude.ai

**Claude.ai**
- Zip the folder and upload it in Settings → Capabilities → Skills

Where a file is given instead of a command, copy the files from the source to that path: https://github.com/anthropics/claude-for-legal/tree/HEAD/corporate-legal/skills/integration-management/SKILL.md

## When to use it
- lay out post-closing tasks across day 1 to day 180 phases
- build a consent schedule with deadlines pulled from the purchase agreement
- tier hundreds of contracts by assignment mechanism
- produce a weekly integration status report
- export consents, contracts or the workplan to CSV

## Example prompts
- /corporate-legal:integration-management --init --deal [code]
- /corporate-legal:integration-management --contracts
- /corporate-legal:integration-management --report

# /integration-management

1. Load `deal-context.md` for deal code, target, close date, deal lead.
2. Load `integration-tracker.yaml` if it exists (or create on --init).
3. Use the workflow below.
4. Route by flag:
   - `--init`: Mode 1 — read PA, build phased workplan, consent tracker
   - `--contracts`: Mode 2 — import contract list (repository or upload), tier and classify
   - `--report`: Mode 3 — generate status report
   - `--update`: Mode 4 — manual update or parse uploaded status document
   - `--export`: Mode 5 — CSV or table export
5. Read/write `~/.claude/plugins/config/claude-for-legal/corporate-legal/deals/[code]/integration-tracker.yaml`.
6. After any write: show summary of changes and surface any new flags.

## Matter context

**Matter context.** Check `## Matter workspaces` in the practice-level CLAUDE.md. If `Enabled` is `✗` (the default for in-house users), skip the rest of this paragraph — skills use practice-level context and the matter machinery is invisible. If enabled and there is no active matter, ask: "Which matter is this for? Run `/corporate-legal:matter-workspace switch <slug>` or say `practice-level`." Load the active matter's `matter.md` for matter-specific context and overrides. Write outputs to the matter folder at `~/.claude/plugins/config/claude-for-legal/corporate-legal/matters/<matter-slug>/`. Never read another matter's files unless `Cross-matter context` is `on`.

## Purpose

Outside counsel closes the deal. Legal inherits the mess. This skill is the
program management layer for post-closing integration — not the business
