## What it does

This skill guides coding agents through wiring voice runtimes to WhatsApp Calling via Kapso. It defines how to validate request payloads with the `X-Webhook-Signature` header, handle `connect` events, and exchange SDP data. Supported voice runtimes include Pipecat or ElevenLabs Agents.

Kapso proxies Meta events while voice handling remains on your WebRTC server. Calling requires a dedicated Meta Cloud API phone number. Standard messaging sandboxes will not work.

For outbound dialing, the skill requires checking recipient permissions using the `start_call` action. It prevents automatic retries after unanswered requests to avoid unintended charges. Late lifecycle webhooks for audio recordings and transcripts are handled separately after the media session terminates.
