# smb-router

## What it does

This skill acts as a concierge. It does none of the actual work; it gets the owner to whichever command or skill does. The first step is the stored business context block: industry, pain points, connected tools. Then it takes the request and picks one match instead of dumping options.

Matching runs through tables: cash and cash flow, sales, customers and operations, suppliers and hiring, weekly and quarterly reviews. A worry about next week's payroll maps to `/plan-payroll`. So does a question about who owes money. When a request touches several areas, the skill takes the most urgent one and names what could follow.

Two paths stand out. On a broad “what can you do”, it sorts the commands into eight groups and opens with the one closest to the saved pain points, not a flat list. If no connector is attached yet, it hands off to `smb-onboard`, because some commands will not run without tools. Initial setup lives there too, not here.
