## What it does

This onboarding routine activates during the first user session or via direct setup prompts. It guides the founder through connecting two initial services step by step, focusing on practical outcomes instead of tool features. Once connected, the skill triggers a sample recipe on live operational data to demonstrate immediate value.

Next, the agent conducts a concise interview covering company size, domain, and primary bottlenecks. The resulting summary requires explicit user confirmation before writing to session memory. Downstream business skills reuse this saved block directly, avoiding repetitive background explanations later.

The assistant never handles authentication autonomously: connector credentials and authorization actions remain entirely in the owner's hands.
