## What it does

The skill reviews commercial agreements against the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. It produces a plain-language summary covering key obligations, exit rights, essential contract terms, and counterparty legal details. The agent accepts local `.docx` and `.pdf` files, or document IDs from Diadoc and SBIS EDI platforms.

Risks are categorized into high, medium, and low severity. The review checks for asymmetric penalties above 0.1% per day, unilateral price adjustment clauses, broad IP transfers, automatic renewals, and VAT clause ambiguities. Every flagged risk comes with a specific redline suggestion specifying exact text to remove and insert.

The skill operates under strict approval gates: it never overwrites source files, signs documents, or sends approvals to EDI services. If EDI connectors are not configured, the review still runs offline using local documents.

Проведите проверку договора. Прочитайте документ, объясните, что в нём написано, подсветите рискованное и соберите размеченные правки, которые владелец использует на переговорах.

Разбор аргументов:
- `ПУТЬ_К_ФАЙЛУ_ИЛИ_ID_ДОКУМЕНТА_ЭДО` — путь к локальному PDF/docx или ID документа в ЭДО (Диадок/СБИС); если не указан, проверьте последний входящий документ, ожидающий подписи в ЭДО.

## Шаг 1 — Загрузить договор

По рабочему процессу скилла `contract-review`:

1. Если указан путь к файлу — прочитайте документ из «Файлов» или с Рабочего стола.
2. Если указан ID документа ЭДО — подтяните документ из Диадок/СБИС.
