## What it does

The skill asks for position requirements, salary expectations, employment structure, and interview stages. It then researches live postings on job platforms and produces three `.docx` files using the `docx` skill: the vacancy post, a stage-by-stage interview rubric, and an offer letter template.

It can also use Claude in Chrome to load the offer draft into electronic document services such as Diadoc or SBIS. The tool does not publish postings to job boards and requires explicit human confirmation before sending documents. It does not screen or rank applicant resumes.

# Сборщик пакета для найма

Неудачный наём стоит трёх месяцев зарплаты, выгоревшей команды и упущенных
клиентов. Этот скилл собирает весь пакет найма — вакансию, гайд собеседования и
оффер — из короткого разговора о роли, чтобы вы искали по делу, а не вслепую.
По желанию отправляет оффер на подпись через ЭДО (Диадок/СБИС) с помощью Claude in Chrome.

## Быстрый старт

Срабатывает, когда владелец говорит, что нужно кого-то нанять, или просит собрать
любой документ для найма. Скилл ведёт по 6 фазам: собрать контекст → изучить рынок
→ написать вакансию → собрать гайд собеседования → собрать оффер → (по желанию)
отправить на подпись через ЭДО.
