## What it does

The skill reviews a contract from a local file, an email attachment, or an electronic document exchange service. It identifies the contract type and parties, then checks payment terms, liability, termination, intellectual property, scope of work, confidentiality, and other risk areas. Findings are explained in plain language, with a suggested negotiating position.

The result includes a severity-ranked summary and a separate DOCX marked up with proposed edits. Read the full document first: important terms can appear in appendices and addenda. For PDFs with 10+ pages, the instructions call for reading in sections with the `pages` parameter.

# Проверка договора

Самое дорогое в договоре обычно спрятано не в начале, а в неустойке, автопролонгации и приёмке, которые подписывают не глядя, а потом платят. Скилл читает договор целиком, вытаскивает опасные условия простым языком, показывает, чего в нём не хватает, и отдаёт размеченный DOCX, с которым уже можно идти на переговоры — без штатного юриста под рукой.
