## What it does

The skill reads a HubSpot audit report from `reports/` and arranges relevant cleanup work into phases. It uses the report’s grades and metrics, and keeps a marketing-only or sales-only plan within the scope of that audit. When several reports are available, it selects the one with the latest date in its filename. If marketing and sales reports share a date, their shared dimensions are combined without counting them twice.

The visible plan covers data hygiene, enrichment, segmentation and scoring, followed by automation. Tasks include examples such as removing contacts without email, correcting lifecycle stages, and setting up workflows. Each task is considered in relation to the audit findings and the steps that come before it. A completed report in `reports/` is required; it must come from a full, marketing, or sales audit.

HubSpot’s `hs_marketable_status` property cannot be changed through the API. Suppression therefore depends on a workflow built manually in the HubSpot UI: a script sets a custom flag, and the workflow uses it to change the contact’s status. The plan should stay within what the audit measured.

## Requirements
- Works with: HubSpot

## Install

### Claude Code (native platform)

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add TomGranot/hubspot-admin-skills --skill hubspot-implementation-plan -a claude-code
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `~/.claude/skills/hubspot-implementation-plan/SKILL.md` — Copy the whole skill folder; for one project use .claude/skills/hubspot-implementation-plan/

### Codex

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add TomGranot/hubspot-admin-skills --skill hubspot-implementation-plan -a codex
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.agents/skills/hubspot-implementation-plan/SKILL.md` — For all projects use ~/.agents/skills/

### Cursor

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add TomGranot/hubspot-admin-skills --skill hubspot-implementation-plan -a cursor
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.cursor/skills/hubspot-implementation-plan/SKILL.md` — Cursor also reads .agents/skills/ and .claude/skills/

### GitHub Copilot

1. **GitHub CLI**
```bash
gh skill install TomGranot/hubspot-admin-skills hubspot-implementation-plan
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.github/skills/hubspot-implementation-plan/SKILL.md`

### Gemini CLI

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add TomGranot/hubspot-admin-skills --skill hubspot-implementation-plan -a gemini-cli
```

2. **Platform CLI**
```bash
gemini skills install https://github.com/TomGranot/hubspot-admin-skills --path skills/hubspot-implementation-plan
```

### Windsurf (Devin Desktop)

**Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.devin/skills/hubspot-implementation-plan/SKILL.md` — The legacy .windsurf/skills/ path still works

### OpenCode

**Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add TomGranot/hubspot-admin-skills --skill hubspot-implementation-plan -a opencode
```

### Claude.ai

**Claude.ai**
- Zip the folder and upload it in Settings → Capabilities → Skills

Where a file is given instead of a command, copy the files from the source to that path: https://github.com/TomGranot/hubspot-admin-skills/tree/HEAD/skills/hubspot-implementation-plan/SKILL.md

## When to use it
- turn a HubSpot audit into a phased cleanup plan
- sequence tasks around dependencies and audit results
- exclude work outside a scoped marketing or sales audit
- separate scriptable work from manual UI setup

## Example prompts
- Build an implementation plan from the latest audit report in `reports/`.
- Create a plan from the marketing audit and leave out sales tasks.
- Combine shared dimensions from marketing and sales reports with the same date.

# HubSpot Implementation Plan Generator

Generate a phased, prioritized cleanup and optimization plan from a HubSpot audit report. This skill reads audit findings, sequences them into phases with dependencies, and outputs a detailed implementation roadmap with automation feasibility for each task.

## Prerequisites

- A completed audit report in `reports/`, generated by `/hubspot-audit` (full), `/hubspot-marketing-audit`, or `/hubspot-sales-audit`
- If no audit report exists, ask which side of the portal the user owns and point them at the matching audit

## Steps

### 1. Load the Audit Report

Find the most recent audit report. The audit engine writes one of three names depending on scope:

| Scope | Report |
|-------|--------|
| full | `reports/hubspot-audit-*.md` |
| marketing | `reports/hubspot-marketing-audit-*.md` |
| sales | `reports/hubspot-sales-audit-*.md` |

Each has a `.json` twin with the same data in structured form: `dimensions` (grade, rows with count, percentage, and fix skill) and `prescription` (the ordered skill list). Prefer the JSON for counts and the markdown for context. Extract:
- Letter grades per dimension, and each dimension's lens (shared, marketing, sales)
- Exact counts for each metric
- The Prescription table

If multiple reports exist, use the most recent by date in the filename. If a marketing report and a sales report share a date, plan from both: their shared dimensions are identical, so merge them rather than double-counting.

**Plan only what the report covers.** A marketing-scoped report yields a plan without the Sales Pipeline phase; a sales-scoped report yields a plan without the deliverability and suppression tasks. Do not pad a scoped plan with tasks the audit did not measure.

### 2. Generate the Phased Plan
