## What it does

The skill acts as a discovery index for Huawei Cloud tooling. It does not touch your cloud infrastructure directly. Instead, it locates relevant agent skills for services like ECS or RDS and prepares the installation commands via `npx skills add`.

Under the hood, it queries index files from `gitcode.com` and fetches skill details from `github.com`. It requires Python 3.6+ in your `PATH` and an outbound internet connection. On execution, it runs `scripts/ensure_cli.sh` to install the internal helper `skill-quality-cli` into `~/.local/bin`.

Anonymized telemetry covering searches and installations is reported by default to `devdata2.huaweicloud.com`. If you want to disable telemetry, set `export SKILL_QUALITY_REPORT=0` in your environment before running commands.

## Overview

This skill enables users to efficiently search, discover, and install Huawei Cloud skills.

**Dependency**: Python 3.6+ and network access to `gitcode.com` (API v5 for the skill
index) and `github.com` / `raw.githubusercontent.com` (for skill details). Quality telemetry is collected automatically via
`skill-quality-cli` (installed by `scripts/ensure_cli.sh` if absent) — no other CLI
or credential is required.
