# hertzflow

A skill that digs through Binance Alpha tokens on-chain: insider distribution, holder structure, anomaly waves. It fires on its own when you paste a contract address.

## What it does

\`hertzflow` is HertzFlow's umbrella skill for on-chain trading research. One router sits on top of sub-domains, and `alpha` is the one that works today: Binance Alpha forensics across BSC, Ethereum, Arbitrum, Base, Polygon and Optimism via surf-SQL. Solana runs in HOLDER_SNAPSHOT mode.

You rarely call it by name. Paste a raw `0x`-prefixed 40-hex EVM address, a Solana base58 address, mention a Binance Alpha ticker, or ask about insider selling and chip structure, and the skill picks up the request. The pipeline is deterministic: `forensic_pipeline.py` gathers the data and sets the verdict, while the LLM only fills narrative slots. It cannot write SQL or choose thresholds. A validator rejects writes outside the allowed fields. A run takes roughly 2–10 minutes depending on address activity and surf cache state.

Before the first run you need a Surf account and `SURF_API_KEY`. New users get 2000 free credits, about 6–8 reports through the HertzFlow private invite. After that a full forensic costs roughly 1.5–3 USD per address in Surf credits. Report language is locked at pipeline time with `--lang {zh|en}` and cannot be changed at render, so getting it wrong means a full re-run and another spend of credits. Worth setting up front.

## Install

### Claude Code (native platform)

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add HertzFlow/hertzflow-skills --skill hertzflow -a claude-code
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `~/.claude/skills/hertzflow/SKILL.md` — Copy the whole skill folder; for one project use .claude/skills/hertzflow/

### Codex

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add HertzFlow/hertzflow-skills --skill hertzflow -a codex
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.agents/skills/hertzflow/SKILL.md` — For all projects use ~/.agents/skills/

### Cursor

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add HertzFlow/hertzflow-skills --skill hertzflow -a cursor
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.cursor/skills/hertzflow/SKILL.md` — Cursor also reads .agents/skills/ and .claude/skills/

### GitHub Copilot

1. **GitHub CLI**
```bash
gh skill install HertzFlow/hertzflow-skills hertzflow
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.github/skills/hertzflow/SKILL.md`

### Gemini CLI

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add HertzFlow/hertzflow-skills --skill hertzflow -a gemini-cli
```

2. **Platform CLI**
```bash
gemini skills install https://github.com/HertzFlow/hertzflow-skills --path skills/hertzflow
```

### Windsurf (Devin Desktop)

**Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.devin/skills/hertzflow/SKILL.md` — The legacy .windsurf/skills/ path still works

### OpenCode

**Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add HertzFlow/hertzflow-skills --skill hertzflow -a opencode
```

### Claude.ai

**Claude.ai**
- Zip the folder and upload it in Settings → Capabilities → Skills

Where a file is given instead of a command, copy the files from the source to that path: https://github.com/HertzFlow/hertzflow-skills/tree/HEAD/skills/hertzflow/SKILL.md

## When to use it
- check whether insiders distributed a token before a rally
- split holders into operator, CEX pool and retail
- spot anomaly sell waves for a contract address
- pull a report on a Binance Alpha token from its ticker
- export monitoring data across several chains

## Example prompts
- Run forensics on 0xea37a8de… — any insider distribution?
- Check the holder structure of $JCT for quiet insiders
- Do a forensic pass on this Solana address

# hertzflow — Crypto trade-decision intelligence (single skill, multi-domain)

`hertzflow` is HertzFlow's umbrella skill for on-chain + CEX trading
research. Like Surf, it's one skill with internal routing — read the
table below to see which sub-domain handles the user's request, then
follow that sub-domain's `INSTRUCTIONS.md`.

## 🌐 Language — MANDATORY, read first

**Detect the language of the user's most recent message and use that
language for everything: your conversation replies AND the generated
report.** This is not optional and not a preference the user has to
ask for.

- Message contains CJK characters (`一-鿿`, kana, hangul) → operate in
  **Chinese** (`zh`): reply in Chinese, run the pipeline with `--lang zh`.
- Otherwise (English / Latin-script prompt) → operate in **English**
  (`en`): reply in English, run the pipeline with `--lang en`.

Supported report languages are `zh` and `en` (static, human-curated
packs). For a prompt in any other language, reply in that language but
generate the report in `en` (closest supported), and say so in one line.

The report-body language is locked at **pipeline** time via
```
