## What it does

The skill presents Hermes Dashboard as a Next.js application for marketing operations. It brings lead records, outreach sequences, a content calendar, analytics, and automation into one interface. Local SQLite stores the application data, while OpenClaw connects the dashboard with AI agents.

Its setup covers API patterns for CRM leads, outreach enrollment, and content items. The project also includes commands for development, production builds, type checks, linting, tests, database resets, and template export. Node.js 18+ and `pnpm` are required; OpenClaw CLI is recommended for agent integration. Installation cannot proceed through the documented setup without `pnpm`.

Authentication, API access, host locking, and writeback permissions are configurable. Analytics can use Plausible or Google Analytics 4, and runtime secrets can come from the 1Password overlay.
