## What it does

The skill wires your agent into here.now. Publish HTML, documents, images, PDFs, videos or static files to `{slug}.here.now` or a custom domain. The unit of work is a Site, and each one carries access control: a public link by default, a password, or invite-only access. Workspaces cover teams — Sites there belong to the shared account and answer at `{label}.{workspace}.here.now`.

Publishing runs as three steps: create, upload the files, finalize. Nothing is live until finalize returns. Run it without an API key and you get an anonymous Site that expires in 24 hours; save a key and the Site sticks around. Two helpers ship with the skill: `./scripts/publish.sh` for Sites and `./scripts/drive.sh` for private Drive storage.

You need `curl`, `file` and `jq` on the machine. Network access has to reach both `https://here.now` and `https://*.r2.cloudflarestorage.com`. In a sandbox with an egress allowlist, open both — allow only `here.now` and the create call succeeds while every upload fails, leaving finalize to report missing files. The key lives in `$HERENOW_API_KEY` or in `~/.herenow/credentials`. For an HTML Site, keep `index.html` at the top of the folder you publish, because that folder becomes the Site root.
