## What it does

The skill introduces workspace capabilities through the `/help` command. When run without arguments, it calls `AskUserQuestion` to ask about your goal, such as fixing a bug or exploring a codebase, then points to matching tools.

It provides catalogs for multi-agent workflows like `/fix` and `/build`, specialist agents like `scout` or `kraken`, and active lifecycle hooks. Running formal proofs via `/prove` expects a local LM Studio instance with the Godel-Prover model.

## Install

### Claude Code (native platform)

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add parcadei/Continuous-Claude-v3 --skill help -a claude-code
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `~/.claude/skills/help/SKILL.md` — Copy the whole skill folder; for one project use .claude/skills/help/

### Codex

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add parcadei/Continuous-Claude-v3 --skill help -a codex
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.agents/skills/help/SKILL.md` — For all projects use ~/.agents/skills/

### Cursor

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add parcadei/Continuous-Claude-v3 --skill help -a cursor
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.cursor/skills/help/SKILL.md` — Cursor also reads .agents/skills/ and .claude/skills/

### GitHub Copilot

1. **GitHub CLI**
```bash
gh skill install parcadei/Continuous-Claude-v3 help
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.github/skills/help/SKILL.md`

### Gemini CLI

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add parcadei/Continuous-Claude-v3 --skill help -a gemini-cli
```

2. **Platform CLI**
```bash
gemini skills install https://github.com/parcadei/Continuous-Claude-v3 --path .claude/skills/help
```

### Windsurf (Devin Desktop)

**Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.devin/skills/help/SKILL.md` — The legacy .windsurf/skills/ path still works

### OpenCode

**Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add parcadei/Continuous-Claude-v3 --skill help -a opencode
```

### Claude.ai

**Claude.ai**
- Zip the folder and upload it in Settings → Capabilities → Skills

Where a file is given instead of a command, copy the files from the source to that path: https://github.com/parcadei/Continuous-Claude-v3/tree/HEAD/.claude/skills/help/SKILL.md

## When to use it
- navigate available multi-agent workflows and specialist agents
- pick appropriate tools for bug fixing or codebase exploration
- inspect active lifecycle hooks and tool interceptors
- check usage details for utilities like tldr or memory recall

## Example prompts
- /help
- /help agents
- /help hooks

# /help - Workspace Discovery

Guide users through the capabilities of this workspace setup.

## Usage

```
/help                    # Interactive guided discovery
/help workflows          # Workflow orchestration skills
/help agents             # Specialist agents catalog
/help tools              # CLI tools (tldr, prove, recall)
/help hooks              # Active hooks and what they do
/help advanced           # MCP, frontmatter, customization
/help <name>             # Deep dive on specific skill/agent
```

## Behavior Based on Arguments

### No Arguments: Interactive Discovery

Use AskUserQuestion to guide the user:

```
question: "What are you trying to do?"
header: "Goal"
options:
  - label: "Explore/understand a codebase"
    description: "Find patterns, architecture, conventions"
  - label: "Fix a bug"
    description: "Investigate, diagnose, implement fix"
  - label: "Build a feature"
    description: "Plan, implement, test new functionality"
  - label: "Prove something mathematically"
    description: "Formal verification with Lean 4"
```

Based on response, show relevant tools:

| Goal | Show |
|------|------|
| Explore codebase | scout agent, tldr CLI, /explore workflow |
| Fix a bug | /fix workflow, sleuth agent, debug-agent |
| Build feature | /build workflow, architect agent, kraken agent |
| Prove math | /prove skill, lean4 skill, Godel-Prover |
| Research docs | oracle agent, nia-docs, perplexity |
| Configure workspace | hooks, rules, settings, frontmatter |

### /help workflows

Display workflow meta-skills:

```markdown
| Workflow | Purpose | Agents Used |
|----------|---------|-------------|
| /fix | Bug investigation → diagnosis → implementation | sleuth → kraken → arbiter |
| /build | Feature planning → implementation → testing | architect → kraken → arbiter |
| /debug | Deep investigation of issues | debug-agent, sleuth |
| /tdd | Test-driven development cycle | arbiter → kraken → arbiter |
| /refactor | Code transformation with safety | phoenix → kraken → judge |
