## What it does

The skill gives your agent a working set of Hebrew writing rules. It starts by picking the content type and register, from formal legal Hebrew through business-casual marketing to dugri and the terse imperatives of UI strings. Then it applies grammar: ktiv maleh spelling, smichut forms, the direct object marker et before definite objects, and verb agreement in gender and number.

Gendered language gets its own section. Three routes are offered: traditional masculine plural for mixed groups, slash notation like `משתמשים/ות` for business copy, and gender-neutral rewording for UX. If you have not said which one you want, the skill asks. A mistake table covers the usual slips — a stray ha- on the first noun of a smichut, a missing et, a verb that does not match its subject, mixed spelling standards in one document.

For SEO it suggests targeting Hebrew roots and their common forms, so ביטוח pulls in ביטוחים, לבטח and מבוטח. Paragraphs stay short because Hebrew reads denser than English. There is also a section on Israel's Communications Law section 30A: prior written consent, the word פרסומת at the start and in the subject line, an easy way to opt out, and up to 1,000 NIS per message sent knowingly in breach. That part is not legal advice — check the statute before you send a campaign. This skill is not for Hebrew NLP work and not for translation.

# Hebrew Content Writer

## Instructions

### Step 1: Identify Content Type and Register
| Content Type | Register | Audience | Key Characteristics |
|-------------|----------|----------|-------------------|
| Legal / Government | Formal (gvoha) | Officials, lawyers | Passive voice, complex sentences, traditional gendering |
| Business / Corporate | Business | Professionals | Clear, professional, moderate formality |
| Marketing / Ads | Business-Casual | General public | Persuasive, benefit-focused, concise |
| Direct / Dugri | Dugri | Israeli general public | Blunt, no softeners, short imperative sentences |
| UX / Interface | Direct | End users | Imperative mood, ultra-short, action-oriented |
| Social Media | Informal | Young adults | Casual, slang-friendly, emoji-compatible |
| Blog / Article | Business | Readers | Informative, SEO-aware, structured |

### Step 2: Apply Hebrew Grammar Rules

**Spelling Standard -- Use Ktiv Maleh (Full Spelling):**
Modern Hebrew content uses ktiv maleh (plene spelling) with vav and yod for vowels:
- Correct: תוכנה (tochnah) not תכנה
- Correct: שירות (sherut) not שרות
- Follow Academy of Hebrew Language guidelines

**Smichut (Construct State) Rules:**
- First noun loses definite article: "beit ha-sefer" (the school) not "ha-beit ha-sefer"
- First noun may change form: bayit -> beit, yom -> yom (unchanged)
- To make a smichut plural, pluralize the first noun: בתי ספר (schools), not בתי ספרים. The second noun keeps whatever number its own meaning needs (ספרי ילדים, חנות בגדים)

**Direct Object Marker (et):**
```
