## What it does

The skill guides work from choosing a North Star Metric and mapping AARRR stages to ranking experiments with ICE and reviewing their results. It can also help compare acquisition channels by CAC and traffic quality, examine retention, and forecast growth using churn and viral coefficient.

It includes an A/B test document template and Python functions for sample-size calculations and growth forecasts. The sample-size function uses `scipy` and needs a current conversion rate plus a minimum effect to detect. Without those inputs, the test estimate has no defined basis.

Before proposing a plan, the skill asks for the metrics and traffic details that matter to the request. If the user wants an immediate answer, it states its assumptions instead. The examples include retention and CAC benchmarks, while the analysis can use product-specific figures.
