## What it does

This skill guides the agent through verifying working changes before creating git commits. It checks whether acceptance criteria are met and placeholder stubs are removed. If checks fail, the agent stops instead of applying quick fixes.

The workflow introduces an explicit human gate. The agent drafts a short summary covering test runs and system impact. Then it prepares a staging plan using precise file selection or `git add -p` rather than broad `git add .` operations.

Syncing specs into the main record fails completely if repository hooks for `gjalla` are not installed beforehand. The tool also formats commit metadata using `gjalla attest --example` and stops before pushing code to remote branches without direct permission.
