## What it does

The skill takes a local frontend project through Git setup, repository creation, Pages configuration, and deployment checks. It can publish from the root of `main` or from `docs`, then puts the Pages address into the repository’s About section.

It requires GitHub CLI `gh` to be installed and authenticated, plus Git and a ready HTML, CSS, or JavaScript project. Deployment stops without an authenticated `gh` session. Later changes follow the usual commit-and-push flow; GitHub Pages rebuilds the site after pushes to `main`. Keep `index.html` in the selected publishing location.

## When to use it
- publish an HTML/CSS/JS project on GitHub Pages
- create a public repository with `gh`
- configure Pages for `main` and the project root
- check the latest Pages build
- push site updates for another rebuild

## Example prompts
- Publish this project to GitHub Pages and create the repository `my-site`.
- Configure Pages to use the `docs` directory, then check the deployment status.
- Commit the current changes and push them to `main` so the site rebuilds.
