## What it does

The skill handles broken pull request checks on GitHub. Using the `gh` CLI tool and a bundled Python script `scripts/inspect_pr_checks.py`, it inspects CI statuses, pulls logs from failing runs, and extracts relevant error context. External CI tools like Buildkite remain out of scope; the agent only reports their details link.

Drafting the fix relies on the `plan` skill. The agent never edits code unprompted. It prepares a step-by-step proposal and applies changes only after direct user approval.

Without a logged-in `gh` client granting workflow and repo scopes, the skill fails immediately. In restricted sandboxes, running `gh auth status` requires `sandbox_permissions=require_escalated` so the tool can reach credentials.
