## What it does

gas-war-sniper-teneo sends commands to Teneo for gas monitoring on Base, Peaq, and Avalanche. It can return current fee levels with a breakdown, block details, recent history with an ASCII chart, monitoring state, and alert thresholds. The `contract` command looks up an address through the Etherscan V2 API.

The skill can start or stop spike tracking, list supported networks, and describe how detection works. Calls to `gas`, `block`, `contract`, `watch`, `status`, and `history` cost `$0.005/per-query`; `explain` costs `$0.001/per-query`. `stop`, `networks`, `thresholds`, `examples`, and `help` are free. Teneo CLI and bash are required, so its commands cannot run before the CLI is installed.
