## What it does

The skill inspects pages with `WebFetch`. It detects whether the site operates as an online store or a SaaS platform. Next, it identifies native measurement signals like outbound clicks and defines custom events formatted in lowercase `snake_case` under 40 characters.

The final deliverable is an implementation table containing trigger criteria, event parameters, and marked conversions. Non-standard parameters are flagged for dimension registration while respecting the 50 event-scoped limit.

A live property is not required to create the plan. When Cogny MCP integrations are active, the skill queries GA4, Segment, PostHog, or Mixpanel to compare existing production events against the new blueprint.
