## What it does

The skill queries X posts in target niches using the `apidojo/tweet-scraper` actor on Apify. You can filter by language, publication dates, minimum likes, retweets, and verified badges. The agent triggers data collection through `scripts/run_actor.js`, an Apify MCP server, or the Apify REST API.

Collected tweets are grouped into topic clusters using keyword co-occurrence. The workflow calculates velocity, engagement rates, and a freshness score based on activity from the past 48 hours. Fresh angles get flagged for fast reaction pieces within 24 hours. Older discussions receive evergreen explainer tags instead.

Without an `APIFY_TOKEN` environment variable, scraper calls will fail immediately. Controversial or negative trends receive a `RISK_TOPIC` label to protect your brand from volatile public backlash.
