## What it does

This skill targets Instagram restaurant accounts using the `apidojo~instagram-scraper` actor on Apify. Given seed URLs (`startUrls`) for hashtags, locations, or profiles, it pulls follower counts, bios, post totals, and engagement metrics. Execution runs through `run_actor.js`, the Apify REST API, or the Apify MCP `call_actor` tool.

The workflow scores accounts into three tiers: PRIME_PROSPECT (score 0.70 or higher), WARM_LEAD (0.40 to 0.69), and LOW_PRIORITY. The formula weights engagement rate at 0.4, follower count at 0.3, and business contact details in the bio at 0.3.

Direct REST calls require an `$APIFY_TOKEN`. Broad tags pull consumer junk. To keep lists clean, the workflow drops profiles with under 500 followers or fewer than 20 posts and deduplicates by username.
