## What it does

This skill runs `apidojo~twitter-user-scraper` on Apify to locate real estate professionals on Twitter/X. Results include each username, bio, follower count, verification status, location, and website. Searches can use keywords, profile URLs, usernames, or user IDs.

The included `scripts/run_actor.js` script can print a table or write the results to CSV and JSON. The skill also supports follower, following, and retweeter lists, plus a `maxItems` limit. It scores profiles using follower volume, matching terms in the bio, and whether a website is present, then assigns `PRIME_OUTREACH`, `HOT_CANDIDATE`, or `LOW_PRIORITY`.

The REST route needs `APIFY_TOKEN`; without that variable, this launch method will fail. Apify MCP can be used instead when its `call_actor` tool is available.
