## What it does

The skill provides instructions for assembling automated investment research subagents. It structures Python workflows around `FinancialDataCollector` to fetch balances and income data via `yfinance`, alongside `FundamentalAnalyzer` for margins and P/E ratios.

Risk metrics rely on `RiskAnalyzer` to calculate volatility and Value at Risk. Signal aggregation happens in `InvestmentRecommender`, grading equities between Strong Buy and Strong Sell. Then `PortfolioManager` computes rebalancing actions. It handles target weight adjustments.

Running the technical routines will fail without local `pandas` and `TA-Lib` installations. Live market screening also depends on active API access to services like Alpha Vantage or Polygon.io.
