## What it does

The catalog groups fal.ai endpoints by input and output type, from text-based image creation to video editing and speech transcription. Each modality has a linked reference with curated options for different use cases. The skill also gives a fallback route for searching when the relevant endpoint is missing or does not cover the task.

Endpoint calls use the `genmedia` CLI. Select an ID from the matching reference, check it with `genmedia models --endpoint_id <endpoint_id> --json`, then inspect its inputs with `genmedia schema <endpoint_id> --json`. Use `genmedia pricing <endpoint_id> --json` when you need cost details. IDs should come from the catalog, not guesswork, and the schema should be inspected before use. Run `genmedia init` first if the CLI is not installed.
