## What it does

This skill runs `apidojo~tiktok-comments-scraper` on Apify for TikTok video URLs. Its output includes comment text, commenter username, comment likes, reply count, and creation time. You can include nested replies, cap the returned records, or reshape each output item with a JavaScript function.

The workflow identifies videos and the research goal, runs the scraper, fetches and cleans the dataset, then examines themes, sentiment, and highly liked comments. Cleaning can remove empty, emoji-only, spam, and creator-authored replies. The actor will not run without `APIFY_TOKEN` in the environment. Apify MCP is an optional way to run it.

## Install

```
2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `~/.claude/skills/extracting-tiktok-comments-for-research/SKILL.md` — Copy the whole skill folder; for one project use .claude/skills/extracting-tiktok-comments-for-research/
### Codex
1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add apidojo-io/apidojo-skills --skill extracting-tiktok-comments-for-research -a codex
```
2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.agents/skills/extracting-tiktok-comments-for-research/SKILL.md` — For all projects use ~/.agents/skills/
### Cursor
1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add apidojo-io/apidojo-skills --skill extracting-tiktok-comments-for-research -a cursor
```
2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.cursor/skills/extracting-tiktok-comments-for-research/SKILL.md` — Cursor also reads .agents/skills/ and .claude/skills/
### GitHub Copilot
1. **GitHub CLI**
```bash
gh skill install apidojo-io/apidojo-skills extracting-tiktok-comments-for-research
```
2. **Manually: put the files in place**
gemini skills install https://github.com/apidojo-io/apidojo-skills --path skills/intent/extracting-tiktok-comments-for-research
```

### Windsurf (Devin Desktop)

**Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.devin/skills/extracting-tiktok-comments-for-research/SKILL.md` — The legacy .windsurf/skills/ path still works

### OpenCode

**Skills CLI (Vercel)**
