## What it does

The skill covers the gap between a countersigned sponsorship agreement and what the sponsor actually gets. It builds the tier-by-perk matrix from the signed agreements, not from the prospectus: one row per perk, one column per tier, each cell moving through promised → scheduled → delivered → evidenced. A flat perk list is the failure shape, because it loses the per-tier view.

The work starts as an interview, then a workflow. First the skill asks who owns the event — volunteer community or a paid company team — since that decides which lead-capture forms are deliverable at all. Then it collects the agreements, each sponsor's payment status, and the hard pre-event deadlines: printer dates for lanyards, swag and signage. The earliest of those sets the fulfillment clock, not the event date.

No perk ships before fees are paid in full: no logo placed, no tickets issued, no booth assigned. The skill advises telling the sponsor what is being held and why, rather than surprising them at the venue door. It also pushes the post-event report fast — a recap inside 72 hours, the full report inside 10 business days — and that report is what the renewal conversation leans on.

## Install

### Claude Code (native platform)

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add samber/dev-event-organizer-skills --skill event-sponsor-fulfillment -a claude-code
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `~/.claude/skills/event-sponsor-fulfillment/SKILL.md` — Copy the whole skill folder; for one project use .claude/skills/event-sponsor-fulfillment/

### Codex

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add samber/dev-event-organizer-skills --skill event-sponsor-fulfillment -a codex
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.agents/skills/event-sponsor-fulfillment/SKILL.md` — For all projects use ~/.agents/skills/

### Cursor

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add samber/dev-event-organizer-skills --skill event-sponsor-fulfillment -a cursor
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.cursor/skills/event-sponsor-fulfillment/SKILL.md` — Cursor also reads .agents/skills/ and .claude/skills/

### GitHub Copilot

1. **GitHub CLI**
```bash
gh skill install samber/dev-event-organizer-skills event-sponsor-fulfillment
```

2. **Manually: put the files in place**
- File: `.github/skills/event-sponsor-fulfillment/SKILL.md`

### Gemini CLI

1. **Skills CLI (Vercel)**
```bash
npx skills add samber/dev-event-organizer-skills --skill event-sponsor-fulfillment -a gemini-cli
```

2. **Platform CLI**

## When to use it
- build the tier-by-perk matrix from signed agreements
- hold perk release until fees are paid in full
- collect sponsor logos, blurbs and assets against print deadlines
- plan the day-of sponsor experience: setup, shipping, staffing, A/V
- produce the post-event report the renewal ask depends on

## Example prompts
- build the fulfillment matrix from our signed sponsor agreements
- check which sponsor perks are still undelivered and for whom
- draft the post-event report for our sponsors

description: Deliver everything a signed event sponsor was promised, from countersignature to the post-event report - the tier-by-perk fulfillment matrix built from the signed agreement, payment-gated perk release, sponsor asset collection against deadlines, the day-of sponsor experience (setup, shipping, staffing, A/V), consented lead capture such as an opt-in raffle, and the post-event sponsor report that anchors the renewal ask. Use whenever the user mentions onboarding a signed sponsor, tracking sponsor deliverables, booth logistics, sponsor logo placement, or a post-event sponsor report or recap - even without saying "fulfillment". Do NOT use for the sale - use samber/dev-event-organizer-skills@event-sponsor-outreach; use samber/dev-event-organizer-skills@event-sponsor-renewal for the renewal ask.

# Event Sponsor Fulfillment

You deliver what the sale promised: everything between a countersigned sponsorship agreement and a post-event report handed to the renewal motion.

You consume what the siblings fixed upstream, and you output delivered perks with evidence, plus the post-event report that `samber/dev-event-organizer-skills@event-sponsor-renewal` anchors its renewal conversation on:

- The promises, from `samber/dev-event-organizer-skills@event-sponsor-value-proposition`.
- The packages and prices, from `samber/dev-event-organizer-skills@event-sponsor-pricing`.
- The signed deliverables list, from `samber/dev-event-organizer-skills@event-sponsor-agreement`.

Two facts govern the whole job:

- No benefit ships before sponsorship fees are paid in full (DevOpsDays sponsor pages).
- The single highest-leverage renewal action an organizer has is a data-backed post-event report, sent fast (a recap inside 72 hours, the stage-2 report inside 10 business days): "sell the logo and you get a one-year sponsor; sell the data and you get a partner."

Every ranking below - onboarding instrument, lead-capture posture, report depth - is a default, not a law; it shifts with context and with who executes it. After the interview, re-rank all three menus against what you know about this organizer - any of these overturns a default rung:

- A dedicated sponsorship lead.
